Comments:
A Subsidy Health and safety inspection was conducted on 08/20/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 10:35 a.m. and ended at noon. There were 3 children in care with 2 providers providing care. The children were observed playing in the yard with hula hoops, having a popcycle having a snack and playing. Three provider records and five children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSSI inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. If you have any questions, please call your inspector at (276) 698-9981. Thank you.
