Discussed different playground equipment and the proper surfacing and height requirements. The plywood with the carpeting covering laying on the grass outside by the screened in porch will be removed next weekend. The entire outside fencing will be replaced per the request in the special permit .

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 9:00 am through 10:15. There were a total of 6 children (15 points) with 2 caregivers. A total of 2 children's files and 3 staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: outside play, hand washing and snack. There were no violations cited this date. The license will be modified to increase capacity based on the approval of the special use permit.
