On August 23, 2019 from 8:30am to 9:30am, an unannounced focused monitoring inspection was conducted regarding the actions listed on an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). There were no violations found. The provider has fulfilled all items listed on the IPOC. There were 8 children (20 points) supervised by 2 staff. The children were observed following along with an exercise video, eating snack, playing in dramatic play, watching videos on the computer, and building with blocks. Infants were observed playing on their tummies and having free play.
