Technical assistance was offered regarding staff records.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:25am to 11:50am. There were 9 children (18 points) in direct care of 4 caregivers. The children were observed engaged in play with blocks, singing songs and dancing to children's music. Children were also observed washing hands before lunch and eating lunch. Emergency drill records were current. There were no medications on site. Areas of non-compliance are listed in the violation notice. Evidence:
1. Child # 1's date of enrollment was 6/10/19.
2. Child # 1's record was missing information for a second emergency contact and the medical insurance policy number.Plan of Correction: The information was obtained during the inspection.
