Technical Assistance:
Technical assistance was offered regarding children's health forms; and fingerprints for a household member soon to be 18 years of age.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 10:45 am to 12:10 pm. There were 5 children (14 points) in care of 1 caregiver. The children were observed playing with a variety of toys, singing songs and cleaning up in preparation of lunch. 3 children's records, 2 caregiver records and 3 household member records were reviewed. There were no medications on site. A walk through of the family day home and outdoor play area was conducted. Areas of non compliance are listed in the violation notice. Description: Based on record review, the family day home did not practice emergency evacuation drills monthly.
Evidence: The emergency drill log did not have documentation of an emergency evacuation drill for May 2019.

Plan of Correction: Drills will be done and recorded on the log.
