- Technical Assistance:
Discussion was held on the topics of current enrollment, current staffing, and follow up to previous inspection conducted on 03/19/2019. All previous violations were corrected.
The following inspection took place between the hours of 9:30 am through 11:30 am. Today, I met with the Provider on site at the Family Day Home (FDH) located in Chantilly, Virginia. At the start of this unannounced monitoring inspection there were a total of 11 children (28 points) with 2 caregivers and 1 volunteer. A total of 11 children?s files, 3 staff files, and 3 household member?s files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, games, art, story time, infant sleeping, bathroom breaks, hand washing, infant feeding, lunch, and other organized activities. If you should have any future questions, please call or send an e-mail. Thank you.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-180-A Description: Based on review, 1 of 3 staff files indicated that the Provider did not obtain for each caregiver a current Report of Tuberculosis (TB) documentation (in accordance with the requirements in 22 VAC 40-111-170), every two years or more frequently as recommended by a physician or the local health department. Plan of Correction: Current documentation shall be obtained and placed on file.
