Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 08/30/2019 from 9:40 a.m to 11:30 a.m. to review the standards for licensed family day homes.
There were 8 children present, 1 year to 8 years old , for a total of 17 points, in care with the provider and her assistant. The records sample size consisted of 2 provider / household member records and 10 children?s records. Children were observed playing with toys, watching a children's program on television, listening to music and gathered for circle time discussion. Restroom procedures and hand washing were also observed today. The provider states that no medication is administered to children in care at this time and that children are not routinely transported in a vehicle. Children play outdoors on a decked back yard with direct supervision and close proximity of the provider. The provider reports that there have been no accidents or injuries requiring first aid or medical treatment incurred by children in care since the last inspection.

Thank you for your time during today's inspection.
