Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 1:30 - 2:45 pm with the provider. There were two children in care, ranging in age from three years to four years of age, for a total of four points. The children were observed napping during today's inspection. Childcare areas and supplies were observed. Two children's records and two provider/household member records were reviewed and in compliance. The emergency drill log was observed and in compliance. The battery operated flashlight and weather band radio were observed and in compliance. Required information was posted. The provider has 16 hours of annual training.
