Comments:
An unannounced Renewal inspection was conducted this date. A total of 8 children (29pts) with Provider and 1 Assistant present today. When the Inspector arrived, the children were observed playing inside with staff engaging with the children. Walk thru of the home was conducted, a review of 4 children's records, all staff and household records was conducted. No medications on site at this time. Ample supplies, toys and books available for the children. The toys were located within reach of the children to encourage independence and self selection. Records were found organized and complete. Previous violation notice was reviewed from the March inspection and corrective action was verified. This inspection began at approximately 11:15am and ended at 1:15pm. Thank you for your cooperation today. Please email me at: lisa.hudson@dss.virginia.gov with any questions.
