Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:45am-1:00pm. There were 3 children (8 points) in the direct care and supervision of the Provider. The first aid kit, emergency materials, evacuation drills, 3 children's records, and 2 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. The children were observed eating lunch (each child brings their own lunch from home), washing hands, and playing. If you have any questions, please contact me at shahana.green@dss.virginia.gov .
