Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 9/6/19 from 11:15am to 12:50pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There was 1 child under the supervision of 1 caregiver. Child was observed playing freely. There were no medications on site today. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials that were developmentally appropriate for the children in care. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact the licensing inspector, Keesha Minor at (540) 340-2672, keesha.minor@dss.virginia.gov
