An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted between the hours of 11:00am and 1:00pm. Upon arrival there were 10 children, totaling 25 points with 2 caregivers. A sample of 4 children's records and 2 Caregiver records were reviewed in addition to the records for the pets. Children were observed during nap.
