An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted August 26 2019 between 11:45AM and 12:45pm. There were 7 children in the direct care of 2 staff members. Children were observed eating lunch, washing hands, reading books, and building with brick sets. The home is clean, organized, and offers age-appropriate materials for all children in care. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-180-A Description: Based on record review, 1 of 2 staffing records did not have a current report of Tuberculosis Screening form every two years from the date of the first screening.
