Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on September 9 2019 between 10:00am and 12:00pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements.There were 5 children in the care of the provider and assistant. Children were observed playing, napping, and singing. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
