An announced initial inspection was completed on 09/9/2019. The inspection began at 8:50 AM and was concluded at 11:00 AM . There was one child in care and no resident children on this day. The points totaled to three and the child was observed engaging in music time, large muscle play, playing outside interacting with the provider. The inspector looked all rooms in the home, children, provider, and household records, policies and procedures, emergency supplies, and household safety. There was discussion with the provider about: children's records requirements, health information for children, hours of operation, the licensing process, and subsidy requirements.
