Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 9/11/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 8 children present at 23 points. Five children's records and four staff records were reviewed. The provider did not have any medications. The inspector arrived at the family day home at 8:15 am and departed at 11:15 am. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
