An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/09/2019 from 11:30 am - 12:50 pm. At the time of entrance there were six children in care with two caregivers. The ages of the children counted for a total of 15 points. Children were observed eating lunch. Toileting and nap was observed after lunch. Records were reviewed for two caregivers and four children in care.
One violation was observed and is listed on the violation notice.
