A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted today to review supplemental health and safety requirements.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-230-B Description: Based on a review of caregiver training, it was determined that one staff person has not completed Preservice training within 90 days of hire.
Evidence:
Assistant caregiver B began employment in March, 2019. As of this date, she has not completed Preservice training.Plan of Correction: I will make sure she does the training this weekend.
