63.2 Facilities and Programs
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 2:45pm-3:50pm. There were 6 children (13 points) directly supervised by 1 staff. The home, 1 staff record, 2 children?s records, 3 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed waking up from nap, using the bathroom, washing hands, eating snack and playing freely. Snack served today was cool ranch doritos and peaches with water. Diapering procedures were also observed. There was a supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. An area of non-compliance is identified in the Violation Notice.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-280 Description: Based on observation, disinfectant and cleaning products were stored in an area accessible to children.
Evidence: Disinfectant wipes and a bottle with a bleach and water solution were stored on a bookshelf accessible to children.
Plan of Correction: During inspection, the items were moved to a locked place.
