Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between 8:45 am and 11:00 am. There were 6 children (11 points) with 2 caregivers. The entire physical plant, children's records, caregiver records, household member records, snack menu, attendance log, evacuation log, emergency supplies and emergency plans were inspected. There were no medications on site. The children were observed working on individual activities, hand washing, listening to stories and eating snack. Snack consisted of apples, pears, pretzels and peanut butter. Areas of non compliance were cited in the Violation Notice. Description:	Based on a review of caregiver's records, the center failed to maintain written documentation of each caregiver's applicable education and programmatic experience, applicable first aid and CPR certification, orientation, annual training and applicable medication administration training. Evidence:Caregiver #2's record does not documentation of applicable education certification.
Plan of Correction:	Provider had certifications, but could not locate them during inspection.
