Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:30pm-1:45pm. There were 7 children (15 points) directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely, using gross motor skills, practicing letters, counting, singing, dancing and eating lunch. Today's lunch consisted of lentils, rice, avocado, potatoes, banana and milk. Hand washing procedures were also observed. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. There were no violations observed during today's inspection.
