Technical Assistance:
Discussed the paperwork required for adult household members.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. 5 children's records, 5 caregiver/household member records, the care of children, children's nutrition, caregiver training, emergency preparedness, and the physical plant were inspected between 12:20-1:40pm. The provider and one assistant were observed caring for 6 children, totaling 18 points. Today, the children enjoyed free play with toys, played outside, danced to music, ate lunch and interacted with the caregivers. The children were served chicken with macaroni and peas, sliced grapes, green beans and milk for lunch. The Provider is trained in MAT (medication administration training). Description: Based on file review, 3 out of 5 caregiver/household members did not obtain a repeat TB health screening within the past 2 years.
Evidence:
1. The most recent TB test/screening completed for caregiver/household members #3, #4 and #5 were not completed within the past two years.

Plan of Correction: These will be completed.
