An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between approximately 10:10am and 11:20am. 4 children (8pts) were present upon the Licensing Inspector's arrival. 1 additional child (2pts) arrived at approximately 10:35am. 1 caregiver was present. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, 3 children's records, caregiver/assistant records, attendance, evacuation drills, first aid supplies, cots and required posted documents were reviewed. Children were observed working in small teacher directed activities and then in story time, working with puzzles/blocks and interacting with the caregiver. Interactions were positive. The space contained age appropriate materials and activities. No violations were cited today. This inspection was completed by Stephanie Salvatori for the Family Day Home's current inspector, Whitney McGrath.
