A discussion was held on the renewal process, application was received in office last week.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:30am-11:00am. There were 10 children (27 points) supervised by 3 direct caregivers. The home, staff records, children?s records, household member?s records, evacuation drills, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing outside, and circle time. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. Evidence:
Provider stated lunch will be macaroni and cheese, listed on menu is rice and chicken.Plan of Correction: I will make sure the menu is updated every morning.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-960-E Description: Based on observation, bottles located in the refrigerator were not labeled with child's full name.
Evidence:
Bottles had the child's first name and date, but no last name.Plan of Correction: I will make sure the last names are on the bottles.
