An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 8:40am to 10:10am. 10 children (31pts) were present with 2 caregivers. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, 4 children's records, caregiver/household member records, attendance, the Emergency Preparedness Plan, evacuation drills, emergency supplies and required posted documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed engaging in developmentally appropriate activities and interacting with caregivers. Interactions were positive. No violations were cited today.
