The children were observed riding child scooters outside, blowing bubbles, singing songs, engaging in creative play, and preparing for lunch. The children were to be served chicken with rice and mixed vegetables, bananas, and milk for lunch today.

Plan of Correction: The box is kept very high, completely out of the reach of children. I will also keep the box locked.
