Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the provider from 9:50 am to 11:00 am. There were five children in care, ranging from two years to four years of age, for a total of 10 points. The children were observed dancing, playing with table top manipulatives, and playing hair salon. Four children's files and four provider/household member files were reviewed in compliance. The provider has current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT) and one medication was reviewed and in compliance. The emergency drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, battery operated radio, and flashlight were observed and in compliance.
