63.2 Child abuse and neglect
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 12:00pm-1:15pm. There were 2 children (6 points) directly supervised by 1 staff. The home, 1 staff record, 2 children?s records, 7 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed eating lunch and napping. :unch was provided from home. An area of non-compliance is identified in the Violation Notice.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-240-A Description: Based on observation, an area in the home was not kept in a clean condition.
Evidence: In the bathroom, the vanity mirror had brown smudges along the edges.
Plan of Correction: During the inspection, the provider cleaned the smudges around the mirror with spray cleaner and sponge.
