A subsidy health and safety inspection was completed on Monday, September 9, 2019 from approximately 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were two children, totaling six points, present with one caregiver. Children were observed watching an age appropriate television show and dancing to children?s songs. Transportation is not provided. The provider has one pet and all required documents were reviewed. Children?s equipment, learning materials, indoor and outdoor space, and restrooms were inspected. Three children?s records, one caregiver record, daily attendance records, fire drill, shelter in place and lock down drill logs, and all required postings were reviewed.
The provider was available for the inspection and was present at the exit interview at which time inspection findings were reviewed and an Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left with the licensee. All previous violations were corrected and no violations were cited during today?s renewal inspection.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental health and safety requirements were found.
