Comments:
An unannounced Renewal inspection was conducted from 10:35am-12:45pm. There were a total of 8 children (23 points) in the direct care of the Provider and Assistant Provider. A sample size of 5 children's records, 4 caregiver/household member records, the first aid kit, evacuation drills, emergency materials, 2 emergency medications, the playground, and the day care space were reviewed. The children were observed taking a nap, washing hands, eating snacks, having their diapers changed, playing with toys, doing a group parachute activity outside, and preparing for lunch. Description: Based on observation, soft bedding was used around infants who were resting in cribs.
Evidence:
1. Child A (8 months old) was observed sleeping in a crib with two soft blankets placed loosely around the infant.

Plan of Correction: The blankets were removed during the inspection.
