A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted at the Family Day Home of Rosario Luna located in Fairfax, Virginia. This inspection was conducted on 10/10/2019, between the hours of 8:30 am through 11 am to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An Unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that were not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. If you should have any future questions, please call or send an e-mail to charles.perkins@dss.virginia.gov.
