Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/11/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 10:45am-1:00pm. There were no children in care during the inspection. The home, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the Violation Notice.

A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
