An announced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 10, 2019 from 10:00am until 11:00am. Upon arrival to the home, there were 4 children present with 2 staff members. The children were observed participating in age appropriate activities.The licensing inspector toured the home and reviewed supervision, emergency supplies, practice drills, nutrition, physical plant, required postings, and administration. An exit meeting was conducted with the provider prior to the end of the inspection. There were no violations cited.
