Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 17, 2019 from 11:05am until 12:00pm. Upon arrival to the home, there were 5 children present with 2 staff members. The children were observed participating in age appropriate activities. A sample of 5 children's records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The licensing inspector toured the home and reviewed supervision, emergency supplies, practice drills, nutrition, physical plant, required postings, and administration. An exit meeting was conducted with the provider prior to the end of the inspection. There were no violations cited.
