An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on 10/18/2019. There were 9 children, ages 6 months-6 years, totaling 21 points, and 3 caregivers present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records and 3 caregiver records during the inspection. The provider stated that medication is not administered. Children were observed in the following activities: in free choice play, having lunch, during story time and preparing for nap. The inspector reviewed the emergency supplies during the inspection. The inspector discussed subsidy and nutrition with the provider.
