A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on October 21, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Provider was present with four children for a total of ten points. Four children's records were reviewed. Provider, household member and assistant/substitute records were also reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
