An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted October 16 2019 between 9:30am and 11:00am. There was 1 child in the direct care of the provider. Child was observed eating breakfast, washing hands, and watching a television program. The home is clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are listed on the violation notice. Description:	Based on direct observation, the provider did not ensure all foods that are hard, round, small, or smooth and slippery such as uncut grapes were served to a child under the age of 4 years before being served in a manner that will reduce the risk of choking. Evidence: The provider served a bowl of fruit containing uncut strawberries and uncut grapes to a child that is not yet 4 years old.
