Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 12:14 pm and 1:30 pm. There were 8 children in care and 2 assistants. A walk-through of the entire home was completed.

5 children?s and 5 staff records, caregiver training, children?s nutrition, supplies, emergency procedures and drills were inspected. The children were observed napping and participating in activities. There were age appropriate materials for all children in care.

There was an adequate number of staff certified in MAT, CPR and First Aid. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

1.The provider's last fire drill documented was May 1, 2019.
