Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was conducted today with the provider, who was present with two assistants and 10 children ( 1 to 4 years of age) for a total of 23 points. At the end of the inspection one of the assistant's went to the bus stop to retrieve a middle school age child. The children were engaged in free play during the inspection. The provider reported that there are no medications on site.

Description: Based on a review of the evacuation drill log and an interview with the provider, it was determined that evacuation drills are not being practiced monthly.
Evidence:
There was no evacuation drill conducted in September 2019.

Plan of Correction: I will remember to do and document monthly drills.
