An Unannounced Renewal Inspection was conducted today from 9:35am to 10:58am. There were 10 children (21 points) directly supervised by 3 caregivers. The home, 3 caregiver records, 11 child's records, 2 household member's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There was 1 child's medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely, playing with play-doh, washing hands for snack and eating snack. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-140-B-3 Description: Based on review, the provider did not have current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as appropriate to the age of the children in care. Evidence: Reviewed the provider's files and found that their CPR training was expired as of 8/26/2019. Plan of Correction: Scheduled for the class on 10/26/2019.

Evidence: Reviewed the provider's records and found that their First Aid training expired on 8/26/2019. Plan of Correction: Provider is scheduled to take the training on 10/26/2019.
