There were a total of 14 children enrolled in the program. There were five children's records reviewed and three provider and substitute providers/assistant's records were reviewed for updates. Two providers were interviewed. As is the policy of the provider, there were no medications being administered at the time of the visit. Some items observed/reviewed: nap time, transitions to snack, hand washing procedures, afternoon snack, dismissal procedures, warm water temperature, refrigerator and freezer temperatures, first-aid kit and emergency supplies, required posted information, documentation of evacuation, shelter-in-place, and lockdown drills, and updated emergency preparedness plan.
