A mandated monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 6 children present (14 points) with 2 caregivers. Children were observed napping, washing hands, having snack (crackers and yogurt), playing with dolls and other manipulative toys. Reviewed 2 children's files, 2 caregiver files, 2 household member's files, 1 pet file, emergency evacuation supplies and log, first aid kit, menu, attendance,and physical plant. There were no violations of the Standards observed during this inspection.
