Comments:
The inspector conducted an unannounced mandated inspection from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. There were 4 children in care with the provider supervising at all times. Children were observed playing, washing hands, eating lunch, and during rest time. No medications are being administered. Five children's records were reviewed and two provider records were reviewed. A state police officer was at the home during the inspection talking with the children about his role. Please contact your inspector at 276-698-9981 with any questions.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-180-A
Description: Based on record review, the provider did not have repeat TB screenings for all household members.
Evidence:
1. The inspector reviewed two records. Provider record #1 had a B screening that expired 09/28/19, provider record #2's expired 09/01/19.

Plan of Correction: Providers will get their TB screening completed.
