There were 4 children in care with one caregiver. The children were observed playing, washing hands, eating lunch and during rest time. Two provider records and five children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSSI inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements.
