An unannounced Subsidy Inspection along with a licensing inspection was conducted this date. The Subsidy Inspection focused on the health and safety standards only. A total of 10 children (25 pts) and 2 Assistants were present when the Inspector arrived. The Provider arrived shortly after the Inspector. The younger children were inside with one staff playing with toys and books and the older children were outside playing on the playground equipment, bikes and sandbox with one staff present to supervise. Walk thru of the programming area was made, observation of the cribs, food prep area, bathroom and diapering area. A total of 7 children's records and all staff records were reviewed today. No medications at this time. No identified food allergies. This inspection began at approximately 11:15am and ended at 1:10pm. Thank you for your cooperation today.
