A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/5/2019 from 11:25 am-12:15 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 4 preschool aged children in care totaling 10 points with the provider. Children were observed participating interacting with the provider, engaging in educational activities, art, and transitioning between activities. A sample of 4 children's records and 3 provider/household member/substitute provider records were reviewed. Provider reported that no medications are administered at this time. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements during this inspection.
