A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 11/5/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements.
An unannounced renewal study was conducted today. There are 4 children present today (6 points) with one caregiver. Children were resting quietly during today's inspection. 5 resident and 3 children's records were reviewed. All were complete. Emergency supplies,cot/rest mat spacing, first aid supplies, menu, fridge temperature, emergency evacuation drills are all in compliance. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
