Provider and inspector discussed infant bottles.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:20am-12:30pm. There were 10 children (26 pts) directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, 1staff records, 3 children?s records, 1 household member's record, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed having lunch. Older infants and toddlers were observed into high chairs eating lunch independently. Younger children were served chicken and rice soup with vegetables. Older children were observed helping set up lunch and eating lunch independently at a table. Lunch served today was rice with sauteed chicken and vegetables and fruit. After lunch, children transitioned to playing in tents, then dancing to songs, and after free play. There was a supply of materials for the children. An area of non-compliance is identified in the Violation Notice.

Evidence: Child 1 does not have documentation of being adequately immunized.Plan of Correction: I will request the information from the parents today.
