Comments:

A initial inspection was conducted with the provider, There were no children in care. The provider has supplies for children up to the age of six. Provider will not give medication or transport children. Sample files and menus were reviewed. Provider has changed the age range to two months to six years old. The inspection time was 11:30am to 2:00pm

Description:	Based on observation The provider did not have a thermometer. Evidence: There was no thermometer in the freezer or refrigerator.
Plan of Correction:	I will buy a two thermometer.

Description:	Based on observation the provider has steps that are accessible to the children under the age of two. Evidence: There are two sets of stairs without wall mounted gates The provider has children under the age of two enrolling.
Plan of Correction:	We will install wall mounted gates on all stairs.

Description:	Based on review the provider dose not have a foot operated diaper pail for used diapers. Evidence: There was no foot operated diaper pail for the used diaper pail
Plan of Correction:	I will buy a foot operated pail.
