Technical assistance was provided regarding the menu and renewal application.
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 9:00am-10:00am. At the start of the inspection, there were no children in care. At the end of the inspection, 1 child (2 pts) was observed in care of 1 caregiver. Child was observed finishing up the ongoing art project. Provider and inspector discussed the schedule of children in care. The home, 1 staff record, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today.
